Has a minimum of 4 years work experience in the educational counseling profession and at least a University degree. Is registered with the VAT as per the registration requirements of the relevant government authorities. Employees of association members going into private practice after leaving or being dismissed by their former employer must be in private practice for at least 4 years before being eligible to apply for association membership.
